These terms cover your use of the Notestaking app and the notestaking.com website. By using either, you agree to them.
Beta software
Notestaking is in beta. It may contain bugs, change without notice, or stop being available. Keep your own backups of anything important.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Macs you own or control. You may not resell, redistribute or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.
Your content
Your notes belong to you. They're stored on your Mac and we never receive them.
No warranty
The app and website are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of the app or website.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
